Hey there,

As the Salon owner I thought I would introduce myself a little, My name Charlotte I am 36 years of age. I've been in the hair industry now for 23 years where I started as a Saturday girl at the age of 13.

Hairdressing isn't just a job for me, it’s a passion of mine, being a people person I love speaking and dealing with clients on a daily basis. Making them look and feel beautiful, just so it puts a smile on their face. I have experience in all aspects of the hairdressing industry and in the past few years, I branched out into doing Make-up and a few specialised beauty treatments. When I opened House of Coco, my vision was to bring a variety of hair and beauty services together under one roof, while creating an environment that feels welcoming, relaxed, and inclusive. Somewhere clients can feel completely at ease, enjoy their appointment and leave not only looking, but feeling great.

The salon is currently going under renovation in parts of the salon, we appreciate your understanding and patience whilst this is going ahead. Our aim is to bring you something special by the time this is all finished 💗

A gentle reminder that all clients must have a patch test 48 hours prior to the first colour appointment or if they haven't visited the salon within 6 months.

Each service requires a deposit on booking. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge, no shows, & Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge. Understandably, emergencies and some circumstances can't be avoided; however, please appreciate that no shows or cancellations with this short notice result in a loss of income, as it's difficult for us to fill your slot with late notice.
